Unfortunately this is from a Chinese company and China will never make it illegal; hell they’re more likely to pass a law requiring ILIFE to share the personal data with the government than tell them not to collect them. This could be enforced for US based companies but as long as we buy luxury goods from China this is going to be a fact of life.


Already have a fast NVMe, ram is my current bottleneck. I wonder if I sell my 46gb sticks if that will account for enough of the inflation to get the 64gb ones.


Damn, I was hoping to upgrade my ram in the next 6 months. When I built my PC last winter I couldn’t find any decent 64gb sticks so I went with 46gb instead figuring I’d upgrade when they got reasonable. Oh well, guess I’m rocking them for a bit longer.
I added a few domains based on what the TV was pinging. I can look them up when I get home.
