This is the third game of the divinity saga, not the OS saga. Tone is much darker, not as much whimsy stuff.
Huh?

It’s not a third original sin game, it’s the third divinity game. Divinity original sin is way newer then the divinity saga. Just saying. Both gameplay and tone are very different, they only share lore partially.

Uuuuhhh… Semantics. Preloading is an optimisation technique and animations I would consider part of the interface, not the experience. You design an experience with animations on the interface.
It’s whatever, I don’t have a strong opinion on it so if you feel like my interpretation is wrong go at it, not gonna defend it.

You design the UI while considering the UX. You only develop the UI, but you need to Design the UX and then design the UI considering UX before developing it.

There’s clearly plenty people in this very post complaining about the UI/UX of LO as being bad. You can have anecdotal examples of people liking it but I bet most of the ones that don’t also have more examples.
Of course that it’s a us problem. Problem is, us is the huge majority, and if the huge majority thinks that the UI is bad, it kinda is…

It kinda doesn’t? The first time you open a file (because let’s be honest we don’t open the program itself usually) 4 popups show up, which you close because you want to see the damn file, and then the UI change is all gone.
Having the user click some buttons from popups on the first launch to enable the good UI is bad UX. Simple as.

I also thought it was Stardiew but after 3 seconds looking it’s evident it’s not.

I read the comic, where does the anime end in relation to the comic? 12 chapters for a 100+ story seems short.

I agree, but it’s also true that once you put 40€ in stash tabs bought in sales, you don’t really need more. In sales 40€ should give you enough to buy a premium/merchant tab plus all the major special tabs, and from there on it’s pretty much whatever.
They don’t really make tons of new shinnies each league anymore, and if they do they now usually give you a dedicated tab for free. This league the only issue was foulborn currency and implant currency, but if you had a currency tab those go to the bottom side and you never fill that part in the last leagues we got. I have a premium tab for all the league currencies of tabs I don’t own but have an affinity, and it doesn’t get filled usually.
And take into account that LE is a paid game, people have already put their 30-40€ in LE, now they are asking more just to get the end of the story. We still don’t have a complete campaign and they are asking money to propel that already paid just to see it finished.
That’s how I see it, PoE is a 40€ paid game with a free review (though not marketed like that) while LE is a paid game where they are going to release paid expansions and paid characters. Even Torchlight Infinite (the most p2w of them all) doesn’t do paid characters, the new ones become free in the next season.

But the moment that data is voluntarily sent to the government, doesn’t it stop being “for personal use”? The premises for which that data was shared were broken.
As I remember it divine divinity (divinity 1) was way more dark than anything I saw at DOS 1 and 2. There’s a freaking orc village where they have pits of raped humans. The amount of gore and dark moments are only obscured by the low graphics.
I don’t get how you see the OS games as darker than the originals.
Divine divinity was released 2 years after Diablo 1, the theme and gore was on par with it, I’d say that this trailer fits with how I remember the original.
