      SteamOS means support for the Steam Linux Runtime, which automatically fills up any standard Linux Distro It’s as good as it gets, and I’m all in for more SteamOS support

          My bet is that “Linux” covers such a wide range of distros that they don’t want to unintentionally imply that they support every weird and wonderful setup

            Yes, I get that. While Steamos is for most people too unknown. It’s also called “Windows”. But of course windows 95 is also not supported.

            You get my point.
