I’m sure Vance would definetly know. He has his home TV, after all.

You can just tell he and the rest of Trump’s cheerleaders are trying to undo any progress made during the Vatican meeting.

“Mr. President, don’t fall for their manipulation, this war will never end, they wanna take us for a ride”. You just know it.
