I’ve gone literal months into threads like these, because I’m here to write. Writing is practice, and it helps me with my profession. You on the other hand… Unless you’re going to become a professional clown, I don’t know what you’re practicing.

This is a bit pathological my man. Have you considered therapy? I’ve an excellent therapist myself. We have weekly discussions btw, me and my therapist who’s a clinical psychologist.
