I mentioned this in another thread but “DP Alt” (DP over USB-C) is not a default feature of the USB spec and is an optional extension that needs to be added via additional hardware and supported by the device. At that point you’re basically adding in DP with just a different port.
To that end, it’s still the same thing that TV manufacturers just aren’t adding in DP support regardless of connector.

So it sounds like the issue is with the Taxi drivers and contractors trying to game the system, and rather than go after them, they’re taking it out on the asylum seekers.
Why don’t they just get charge normally and then submit for reimbursement? That way they’ll look no different than a normal fare to the taxi driver.

To start, what features/specs are you looking for. Are you looking at live TV, IPTV, or just streaming services? Are you wanting 4K, DVR or just playback? What about audio options?
I always thought that the municipality should own the last mile. FTTP for every unit, then the ISPs could run their lines to a local POP and just cross-connect to the house, apartment or whatever that wants their services. That way it would reduce the infrastructure that an ISP needs and also increases the available choices for a customer.
Payment for the municipal last mile could either be leveraged via your taxes or a fee that is paid by the ISP (which inevitably would be paid by the customer anyway)
Here’s a simple one. On PC, a lot of games let you use the keyboard/mouse or a controller. On some games it’ll switch the prompts to the layout of the last type of input you used. However I tend to use a controller for everything, except I’ll use a mouse for more fine tuned control since I suck at aiming with a joystick. But then what happens is the input notifications switch to keyboard/mouse and sometimes don’t switch back.
I’d love to see an option to force which input style gets displayed on screen. Keyboard/Controller/Auto
All three instances I have accounts on use CF. I was beginning to think it was my client I was using or they suddenly implemented the “Great Firewall of USA” and figured out a way to block Lemmy instances.
If you move FMA to the front it can kind of make sense. The FMA movie: Conqueror of Shambala showed the link to our world from theirs. Then FMP shows a post-future world of war that takes place after FMJ.
